Charles Leclerc sends message following Formula One 2022 final race
Leclerc has taken to Twitter to send a message following Formula One 2022 final race on Sunday, November 20.
Max Verstappen became champions in Abu Dhabi as the Monegasque finished second with Sergio Perez coming third.
The 25-year-old finished the season second in the standings with 308 points, while Verstappen took the Formula One World Championship title for the second year in a row.
Ferrari also came second in the constructors’ standings, after Red Bull Racing.
Following the final race, Leclerc took to Twitter and wrote: “2nd in the Driver and Team’s Championship. We did the best race possible and for that I’m happy.
“Thank you for all the support during the year. We’ll work more than ever to do a further step in the right direction to fight for the championship next year.”
